Kinda a Caribbean theme, I guess? Everyone loved the cocktail, the salad, and the calas. The sandwiches were good but the roast pepper aioli turned out weirdly metallic—I think blending the capers (which the recipe called for—was a mistake; better to stir them in whole, I think, along with the chopped fresh basil. Otherwise, a successful ESC!
