The highlights of this one were definitely the lamb burgers and the zhug. The tart was a show-stopper but way too sweet for me: you can’t control the sugar in the white chocolate, but if I made it again, I would cut the sugar in the meringue by half.

As I’ve written before, I use Paprika to organize my recipes, and one of the category labels I use is “Try” for recipes I haven’t made yet.
